Does anyone know about a bouldering guide I've heard about for Dunkeld and surrounding area and where I might find one? Cheers..

I don't know about a specific guide but you might find the blog by the guy from mountain supplies Perth quite useful:
www.boulderperthshire.tk
It's funny to think there is someone else who values otherwise crap bits of rock eg. Kinnoull Hill quarry

Never found it but I'm convinced there's bound to be some decent stuff somewhere...

Would say so, found this really good problem below uppercave crag, dunkeld:
Stays dry(ish) too. Be great to have quality bouldering, trad and sport all at one venue... if it exists.

I've found tones of moss covered boulders around Dunkeld with lots of potential although I think most of the good problems will be in isolation.
