 Grin

Well here we go again guys.. Tool Time!!

This Saturday 29th sees the Aviemore round of the awesome new Scottish Tooling Series 2008, and as the original innovators in mental dry tooling comps we are aiming to raise the bar yet again!

Suffice to say that the pump will be in full effect, along with some devious, tricky or just plain weird routes and problems.. you have been warned!

As always there will be a fantastic friendly atmos-fear (banter aside..) and all abilities are welcome to have a go!

At the other end of the scale our massive roof will be the theatre of dreams/nightmares for those who demolish themselves enough to make the final! My forearms feel solid just thinking about it... Lips sealed

So, 9.00am registration for a 9.30am kickoff, full briefing given on the day but expect the unexpected!!

See you there!

Al @ Extreme Dream

p.s. to register give us a ring on 01479 812466 - spaces still available!

A massive thanks to everyone who made it to the comp yesterday - a great atmosphere!

Results will follow in the next day or two but well done to all the competitors for taking on our gnarly and sometimes plain weird routes with smiles (or grimaces - hard to tell when your upside down!) on thier faces!

Best of luck to everyone for the ongoing series.. Sharpen up the poons for Glenmore next weekend!!!

Cheers,

Al

Nice one Al, Didn't find one route/problem I didn't like (yea, even the ones I didn't get).  Really excellent setting. Glenmore & the IF had better get their thinking caps on if they want to better this one  Grin   logs rule ya bass!!!

What about points?

HOW THE SERIES WILL WORK?
Each venue will host a one day Tooling Competition. There will be a winner for each category at each event. At the last event (Ice Factor), the Scottish Series will be won by the person in each category, who has entered a minimum of three competitions and accumulated the most points.

I believe its 20 points for first place down to 1pt for 20th place.  Then it's your best three placings that count.  Hope that helps
