Raven Crag, Thirlmere, Lake District - Peregrine Restriction

I have just been contacted by a climber who had been to Raven Crag Thirlmere but retreated when two peregrines were seen at the crag who were clearly alarmed by his approach.

I contacted the National Park Ranger who replied, "Many thanks for this information and excellent support from the climber in question, I had only just found out myself that birds were on site having not been able to find them in their usual haunts. The crag will be signed and I would be grateful if you could thank the climber in question if you know him/her."
